Passengers with Disabilities:

Special assistance and accommodations for passengers with disabilities are contingent on aircraft capabilities.

Prior registration for a wheelchair seat is obligatory before ticket issuance.
Inability to confirm wheelchair seat availability may restrict ticket issuance for disabled passengers.
Iran Aseman Airline does not facilitate passengers in need of a stretcher.

Unaccompanied Child:

On domestic flights, we act as the guardian for unaccompanied children to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
For children aged 5 to 12, providing essential information from both the sender and receiver is mandatory as per regulations.

Sixteen-Party Agreement Member:

In the event of flight cancellation by any member Airlines(Iran Aseman Airlines, Iran Air, Mahan, Qeshm Air, Kish Air, ATA Airlines, Meraj Airlines, Karun Airlines, Taban Air, Caspian Airlines, Pars Air, Sepehran Airlines, Varesh Airlines, Fly Persia, Saha Airlines, Pouya Airlines), ticket refunds will be processed without penalties in accordance with the agreement regulations.
