Sending conditions for remains:

After the transfer of the body to the cemetery in each city, the deceased unit, after completing the legal formalities and packaging the bodies, coordinates with the airlines for transportation on the first flight, issuing two letters titled "Air Transport Permit" and "Burial License" along with a "Death Certificate" issued by the hospital, presenting the coffin for air transportation to the airport.

Transporting Live Animals

We are at your service with experienced and trained staff in the field of transporting pets, poultry, and aquarium fish.

Conditions for sending pets:

1- Having a valid identification card and health certificate from a veterinarian.

2- Using an airline transport cage suitable for the animal's dimensions.

3- Spreading a special pad to prevent leakage of fluids outside the cage.

4- At least 8 weeks have passed since the birth of mammals.

5- The animal should not be pregnant.

6- Use of sedatives or consultation with a veterinarian.

7- Limitations on accepting short-nosed animals in warm seasons.

What information is required to send cargo?

Sender's information should include national code and postal code.

Recipient's information should include national code and postal code.

Please have the original national ID card of the sender and/or an introduction letter if the sender is a legal entity.

 What documents are required to receive the shipment?

- Original national ID card of the recipient.

- Official power of attorney from the recipient (if the recipient is unable to personally be present at the cargo delivery office).

- Introduction letter if the recipient is a legal entity.

- Providing the air waybill number or its image accelerates the receipt of the shipment effectively.

Is there a possibility of delay in sending goods?

Shipment acceptance may not be sent due to the following reasons:

- Aircraft technical conditions and flight delays.

- Origin weather conditions - route - destination.

 

Completion of flight capacity and weight restrictions, shortcomings in providing sender details. If cargo is not sent on the designated flight for reasons mentioned, what should be done? It will automatically be prioritized for the next available flight. The sender will be notified to arrange return of the shipment if desired. What is the latest time for cargo delivery? Cargo acceptance closes 2 hours before the flight; plan packaging, weighing, and cargo inspection accordingly for timely acceptance and readiness for dispatch. What happens if false information is provided?

Be accurate and honest in providing personal details and cargo nature. Remember, nothing is more important than the safety and health of airplane passengers.

If, in addition to providing false information, the sender X-rays and falsifies the cargo, the cargo will be confiscated and returned through the administrative process.

How should I package my shipment?

 

For special items such as live animals, corpses, etc., there are special guidelines that our experts are ready to advise and guide you on. When packaging regular items, please pay attention to the following points:

- Each package should not weigh more than 35 kilograms.

- Fragile items should be packed inside a wooden box.

- Packaging should not have sharp edges.

- The package should be secure, round and spherical packages should be placed on a wooden pallet.

- The package should be easily movable.

 

Liquids and strong-smelling substances should not leak from the package.

To package perishable goods, foam must be used for wrapping.

The dimensions of the carton used should be proportional to its contents to prevent tearing and damage during loading.

If the recipient does not answer during the delivery of the shipment, what conditions will we face?

Upon arrival of the goods at the destination airport, a text message will be sent to the receiver's registered number on the consignment note. If no action is taken within three days, storage charges will be levied according to the recipient's policy.

Goods will be stored in the offices for up to three months, and after this period, they will be sent to abandoned storage, which entails administrative procedures and payment when delivering the goods.

 

In case of damage, what are the conditions for receiving compensation?

Goods accepted by the airline's cargo representative after the issuance of the air waybill, if they are seriously damaged or lost, are subject to the following conditions for determining and paying compensation:

1. Commodities that are damaged due to improper handling and loading by the airline after acceptance and issuance of the air waybill.

2. Commodities that are missing after acceptance and issuance of the air waybill.

3. Compiling the damage file and completing the necessary documents.

4. Completing the compensation form for the lost or damaged goods.

5. Providing the air waybill and documents related to the damaged or missing goods.

6. Preparing a written report by the owner of the goods stating the incurred damage and requesting compensation.

7. Providing an invoice for the damaged goods to determine compensation.

In accordance with international regulations, if the value of the damaged goods is proven, a maximum of 17 SDR (approximately equivalent to 20 US dollars) per kilogram of weight stated in the air waybill can be paid.

If the value of your goods exceeds this amount, you can contact insurance companies for cargo insurance.

The requirements for obtaining a sales agency for Asman Airlines cargo services include the following documents:

 

1. Image of the license for national aviation organization cargo services.

2. Original letter of collaboration request.

3. Image of all pages of the ID and national card of the managing director and board of directors (signatories according to the articles of association).

4. Image of the official newspaper along with the latest changes.
